Transparent pricing
Sorstain shows service prices and delivery fees before you pay. What you approve at checkout is what you are charged, unless you request additional work that requires your explicit approval.
Cancellations before pickup
You may cancel an order before pickup at no charge. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations after pickup
Once your item has been collected, cancellation may incur fees for logistics and any assessment work already performed. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to cancel after pickup.
Repair dissatisfaction
Every completed repair includes a digital warranty (typically 3–6 months). If the work does not meet the agreed scope, contact us with your order reference and photos. We will inspect the item and, where appropriate, re-perform the repair or offer a remedy under warranty terms.
Non-refundable items
Custom alterations, dyeing, or work that cannot be reversed may not be eligible for refund once approved and started. We will flag these cases before work begins whenever possible.
How to request a refund
Email hello@sorstain.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
