Overview
Sorstain provides managed pickup and delivery for repair orders across Nigeria. When you place an order, we coordinate collection of your item, transport to our repair hub, and return delivery once work is complete and quality-checked.
Pickup
After you approve a quote and pay, we schedule pickup from your provided address. Items are sealed with tamper-evident security tags at collection. You will receive status updates as your order moves through our workflow.
Delivery
Completed repairs are delivered back to the address on your order. Delivery fees are shown upfront before payment. Transit times vary by location; most metropolitan areas receive return delivery within a few business days after quality approval.
Hub locations
- Lagos hub — Yaba, Lagos
- Abuja hub — Wuse 2, Abuja
- Items may be routed through the hub best suited to your order and service category.
Shipping liability
We take reasonable care of items in our custody. If an item is lost or damaged while in Sorstain's possession, contact us at hello@sorstain.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue under our terms.
