By using Sorstain's website or placing a repair order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Sorstain provides managed repair services for leather goods, clothing alterations, and electronics. We assign vetted artisans, coordinate logistics, and issue digital warranties on completed work as described at checkout.
Quotes and payment
Prices shown on our services page are starting prices. Final quotes are based on photos and item condition. You must approve and pay before pickup unless otherwise agreed for business accounts. Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
- Upload clear photos and disclose known damage or prior repairs.
- Ensure items submitted do not contain hazardous materials or illegal contents.
- Respond to approval requests in a reasonable timeframe.
Turnaround times
We target 48-hour turnaround on most standard repairs after pickup. Complex jobs, specialty materials, or parts sourcing may take longer; we will communicate revised timelines when applicable.
Warranty
Completed repairs include a digital warranty (typically 3–6 months) as stated on your certificate. Warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use, not new damage, misuse, or wear beyond the original repair scope.
Limitation of liability
Sorstain's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
